The 2020 National Strength in Weakness Conference was a historical milestone for the CRL.
While close to 2,000 people attended the event, we were also joined by Archbishop Christopher Prowse (Canberra, Goulburn), Archbishop Peter A Comensoli (Melbourne), Fr Augustine Vallooran V.C, Lenyce Willason, Fr Ken Barker MGL & Lalith Perera.
The event consisted of praise, worship, adoration, sharing of the Word and Eucharistic Adoration.
It was wonderful to witness the vibrancy of the Church and see people from various backgrounds and cultures coming together as one. Archbishop Prowse reflected on the theme saying our weakness is a source of strength that lies at the heart of our relationship with God. Our weakness is what is ultimately transformed by God, and when we are weak, that is when we are strong.
