Deeper relationship with God
  • Galatians 3:1-5
  • Luke 1:69-75
  • Luke 11:5-13

In today’s Gospel reading the Lord Jesus reminds us that we need to persist in our prayers and also in seeking a deeper relationship with the Lord. Many who are born to Christian parents are only serving the Lord as a duty rather than out of love for the Lord. That is because they have not yet had a personal encounter with the Lord or not yet been touched by the Holy Spirit. Every one who has a divine encounter with the Lord will live a different life to the majority of the world. They will bring transformation to this world and help to build his kingdom. Let us ask the Lord to be touched by him and to give us this divine encounter. Let us seek for spiritual treasures and the rest will be given to us. Let us ask for wisdom so that all riches of heaven and earth will be ours. As the Sacred Scriptures promised, the children of God will inherit his kingdom. Let us live as beloved children of Abba Father and we will be able to impact the lives of those around us.

PRAYER: Abba Father, I seek your face. Amen.
