Our ultimate goal is to experience eternal life with Jesus. The journey may seem easy, but in reality we need to undergo purification. Sometimes God allows struggles into our lives not because he wants to give hardships but because he wants us to change and become pure. The Christian way of life is hard, we need to walk through the wilderness, while trusting in him. God never allows us to face challenges alone, he is always with us. It may hurt us a lot, and we may ask ourselves how we can bear such pain as it is overwhelming, but let us remember that Jesus is risen from the dead. The way to heaven is narrow but at the end of that road, we will encounter the Lord face to face. This journey of faith, pain and difficulties will lead us to the Lord. Therefore, perseverance is important. We need to hold on to him, no matter what obstacles come our way. We need to focus on him and one day we will meet him face to face.
