God is love that surpasses all understanding, a love that is endless, a love that heals all human brokenness, a love so pure, unfailing and amazing. Through today’s first reading, God is reminding us to dwell in his love with every ounce of our existence to experience the riches of his kingdom and fulfilment of his promises. It simply fascinates me to fathom the amazing love of God. Some days, I look at my son and wonder, how a tiny little human who has known me only for a short period of time, could confide in me and experience love and warmth from me. Just imagine, if we wholeheartedly submit to the endless love of God with all the strength within us, just imagine the serenity, the peace and fulfilment that we would feel. Today’s Gospel proclamation confirms, that all we need is faith as little as the size of a mustard seed to seek the wonders of his love. Faith that could move mountains, faith that gives sight to the blind and faith that parts the Red Sea, such is the love of our Father.

Prayer: Abba Father, help us to seek you inspite of worldly barriers. Take complete control of our lives and fill us with your pure love. Amen.
